Building a New Portfolio & Blog Site

I've been reading up a lot of different, friendly and low-budget options for websites with website builders and I have just decided to go with Weebly. I was choosing between Weebly, Wix and Wordpress, and although I wanted to try using WordPress, I figured Weebly was an easier option to start with as a beginner. I am new to website design in general and needed a quick and easy way to learn and experiment with building a site. It has taken me a few days to figure out which theme to choose and how to arrange my portfolio, where much of my time was spent focusing on the little details and seeing if one design looks better than another. I think I can finally conclude building the site for now and go ahead with publishing. :)
