Performing Corrective Exercises for Muscle Imbalances by Oneself While Leveraging External Assistance

1/4/2017

Been dealing with some issues all of 2016 and been reading lots of information online as usual on how to solve them. But this time I have been putting together a plan of action and focusing on fewer (and the most important and urgent) things in order to increase the rate of success in any one endeavor (which would then actually increase my quality of life in a much more substantial way). So far the new year has been quite interesting and there will be plenty more to come for sure. I anticipate that much will happen for me that I may not even have time to blog anymore, not that I really have been blogging much anyway. My blogging has been very random and sporadic where I would only blog if and when I have a bit of time and are feeling it. It's mostly just been me sharing personal experiences in possibly the most unfiltered way. In the future if I decide to implement blogs I'll be sure to keep it shorter, more professional and keep it to the point, with a focus on delivering more value to anyone who happens to come across this obscure site.

I've seen some chiropractors, massage therapists, physiotherapists in the past with only temporary results that delay the issues. I realize that it's actually best to combine two methods, one where you seek external assistance and leverage the professionals' expertise, and one where you enrich your own knowledge, apply and set good habits to consistently practice improving your own condition. It's like how you motivate yourself to workout, except here you motivate yourself to heal. So far my current muscle maintenance regimen to heal myself looks something like this:

1. Warm-up with cardio

Since I had been out of shape compared to when I was hitting the gym regularly and took time off because of injuries, I (re)started with a stationary bike because it is an easy, low-impact exercise to promote increased blood circulation throughout the body. Currently I have worked up to doing jumping jacks and high-knees as a more efficient and spontaneous warm-up (and better to not become reliant on machines for workouts).

2. Foam roll tight and short muscles

I recently ordered a new foam roller that is the firmest, versatile and compact one I've seen so far. I've been practicing foam rolling with it on areas that were overcompensating because of weaker opposite muscles in order to release them.

3. Stretch tight and short muscles

After foam rolling, it's important to lengthen them so they become more balanced compared to other areas of the body so that your overall function and flexibility is more optimal. Often times we remain in the same positions for an extended period of time, especially such as sitting behind a desk. Stretch and position your body in ways that you have not typically moved in for a long time to train your mind and body how to properly move in a better range of motion once again.

4. Strengthen weaker opposite muscles

Once the tight muscles have been addressed, the next logical step would be to strengthen the weaker muscles. When the tight muscles are released they will have less pull on your body which opens up the opportunity to build the opposing sides to balance the force applied on the body.

I've been reading about foam rolling and have the impression that although it may be painful to use, I've learned to distinguish between the pain felt from receiving actual damage, from the pain felt because of damage that has been done for a long time already and the foam roll was just pointing it out. You know how it can hurt sometimes when receiving a massage from a massage therapist but feels better after the fact? It helps to train oneself to become mentally tougher without the same risk of actual damage to your muscle tissues like in other things such as sports.

Foam rolling also has prepared me mentally for the pain I received from my recent massage treatments from a new TCM doctor and his massage therapist business partner. The massage treatments I've received were the hardest and most painful I've ever felt so far, but I feel like it's improved my pain tolerance, made me mentally tougher and of course been helping me heal. I now leverage the massage treatments to target my tight and chronically overused muscles while I work on the weaker opposing muscles, such as the glute maximus and glute medius. I set a strict goal with deadline that I would be healed of these issues by the end of the month, and thankfully it looks like things are progressing well.

Sometimes we all need external assistance to help us make the transformation that we need that we can't do ourselves.

Synchronicities

They are still at it as usual. I've been seeing them everywhere, all the time, all year. Repeating numbers usually from 2 to 4 digits of 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, and 5s. 11:11 is definitely a big one for me right now (in fact a few days ago it was literally November the 11th) and I feel like my life has been slowly and steadily transforming, for the better. I see 222 and 333 a lot as well, which I believe means building the new and manifestation, respectively.

I've been plugging into a lot of useful free webinars from success coaches and mentors like T. Harv Eker, Tony Robbins, Bob Proctor, and most recently from Mindvalley Academy. What I find most interesting and relevant to me so far are topics about The Law of Attraction, conscious awareness, mindfulness, manifestation of your reality and creating the life you desire. Yoga is also another thing I've been consistently keeping up with since the beginning of the year to progress the mind-body connection (and soul). I'm on the right track and been going through a lot of personal challenges and am not sure exactly how my life is going to unfold in the near future, nor what to really expect to happen first since I know that there are a lot of possibilities that I have been actively managing already. Unexpected miracles could happen and incremental progression in specific areas of my life are becoming more noticeable. It's not that easy to explain but whatever happens, I'll be ready and willing for the transformational changes. There have been many situations where I gained awareness that something I've perceived in my reality was actually the result or by-product of how I was thinking or acting previously. There are a lot of small things like signs in the cities, license plates, advertisements, and sometimes even the kinds of words that people use that happen to come within my perception, as in within earshot or literally spoken to me directly. For example, I had been thinking of the word "breakdown" in my involuntary thoughts and recently a coworker came to my work area and stated the exact same word at me, seemingly randomly. This is proof that we can change our reality.

I still see lots of names and words beginning with the letter "M" everywhere I go. I usually just acknowledge them and move on. What I would like to attract are not just these reassuring messages that I'm on the right path, but actually attract physical, tangible things of usefulness like dollar bills. I'm working on aligning my thoughts, beliefs, emotions, focus and actions to create a physical manifestation of something while managing my short-term and long-term goals. I tell myself that everything I want will come to fruition in the best way possible and be better than what I would ever hope for, only that the timing would have to be right for things to occur relative to other events and with regard to other people too.

I know that I'm not the only one attracting synchronicities. We are at a really exciting time in human history where things that people once believed were impossible are now becoming a reality. It turns out that there are entirely new worlds out there tthat a percentage of people are exploring, while others will have nothing to do with at all. It's dependent on the individual having the right state of mind, circumstances or awareness to progress and gain experience in different frequencies of life. It's kind of like how only some people will ever come across something (like this very blog post) while most people will never see this kind of information. It's a matter of timing. Time is an illusion too but that's a whole other post.

Handling Multiple Jobs and Finding my Mission

10/21/2016

This is what I've been going through recently. Working part-time at a local Italian restaurant to help pay for on-going costs for starting up a new business and handling multiple freelance design or art projects to bring in some pocket money. All of this is done to re-invest in myself and becoming a greater version. I feel like I've been experiencing a lot of my survival instinct lately and that any work experience is still a good learning and personal growth experience. I see now that no job is beneath me and that you can always learn new life lessons everyday, no matter what situation you are in. Now I see how much harder and more consistent I should have been in life to stay on top of things.

I have made a habit of lining up appointments, tasks and to-dos in my trusty Google Calendar. There is simply a lot going on and now I know what it feels like for busy people, especially fellow entrepreneurs. It's time I stop pulling punches on life and start discovering and devising ways to win at it. It's time to re-program limiting belief systems and change bad habits into successful ones.

I've been reading a book called The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren and doing a personal 40-day challenge. I'm reading a chapter a day and doing what I can to make it. I will see where my progress is before I embark on a family trip soon and update accordingly.

I believe that once I discover my life purpose and how to effectively utilize my talents, wisdom, knowledge, skills, passion, consistency, productivity and organization, success will manifest and everything in life will be improved and upgraded.

Real-Life Rejuvenation Potion

I've been educating myself on supplements, lifestyle and diet for some time, and have spent a few years at the gym lifting weights in a quest to better myself physically and mentally. It occurred to me that I should learn how to take better care of my health, and if I was to be more physically active and push myself beyond what I was normally used to, then I would need to look into good supplementation to make sure that my body can recover and perform well under stress, especially in the long-term. I played around with many different supplements like the ones from health food stores and tried some from Amazon.ca for a time, thinking that they made a difference. I used myself as a guinea pig and took multiple supplements from different brands together. However when looking back, I doubt that they did anything for me at all, and I was perhaps simply experiencing some placebo effects.

One day, one of my childhood friends introduced me to some interesting new supplements. The design of the bottles had a unique silhouette that made them look like modern magic potions. Apparently they were in powder-form that you can add water to in the provided cup, stir, and drink them. He showed me how to take it and I thought it was pretty innovative. The first time I tried it, I didn't feel anything new. The second time I drank it, a moment later I felt a sudden urge to use the restroom. It was quite a "detoxification" experience to put it lightly. It shouldn't happen to most people but I was the exception I suppose. I stayed with it despite what happened for a few more days, and I tried taking them first thing in the morning instead of in the afternoon, and on an empty stomach. After a few minutes, I felt a boost to my energy levels and mental clarity. I thought "Wow, this new supplement really does work! I feel amazing!"

It's so easy to just drink this and go on about my day. All I need to do is fill the small bottle cap with the powder until it is level, dump that powder into the clear cup, fill with water up to the line, stir and drink immediately. I don't need to remember to take multiple tablets of vitamins that other products require. I learned that conventional tablets or softgels are actually not as effective as this delivery method because of the binders, fillers and coatings that make it harder for the body to break down and absorb nutrients. This innovative system allows 90-95% absorption of nutrients within 5 minutes, as opposed to 20-40% and 4+ hours by conventional means (that's if you're lucky and the softgel doesn't get stuck in your gut like studies have shown in x-rays).

I was still hitting the gym a lot at the time, about 4 times a week. I began to feel inflammation in my thigh muscles that remained for a longer time than usual and I figured that I needed something to help with that as well. I had been performing lots of squats but started to notice that the pain was subsiding a few weeks later after consistent use of this product. It turns out that it actually helps with inflammation too.

I've also heard a story from a friend saying that they were suffering from severe allergic reactions when they came into contact with peanuts while dining at a local Vietnamese restaurant because they were unaware he was allergic to peanuts. He and his friend were about to call an ambulance but remembered they actually had a bottle of this supplement with them at the time, very fortunately. They drank it and felt well again. I guess it is just that miraculous.

I did some more reading about the product and turns out there was already a load of scientific evidence and market longevity behind it and other supplements under the same brand. It's great for the skin, joints, and has anti-aging properties, as it contains a really unique ingredient known as pycnogenol, a very powerful antioxidant. It fights free radicals which can cause cancer, therefore it may actually help to prevent cancer. Seems like a pretty big claim but nobody I know who takes this product suffers from any type of cancer, and many people apparently take this supplement everyday, all the time and don't go without it once they've tried it and know of all the health benefits. Most of the people who continue taking it are those who have been significantly helped by it in overcoming whatever physical issue they had before. I think we may be onto something big here.

I refer to it as a rejuvenation potion because of the shape and colour. If you've played Diablo 2, the rejuvenation potion is OP (overpowered):
Picture
And this is what the actual product in real-life looks like:
Picture
Isotonix OPC-3
It's even called "OPC-3", probably because it's "OP". Just look at the user reviews and testimonials here, currently over 1K positive reviews!

More people need to know that there is such an effective health product out there. It's cheaper than drinking a cup of coffee a day that provides more lasting energy and heals you. The pycnogenol in it cannot be found in regular food even if you were to eat a perfectly clean diet, because it only comes from a tree pine bark extract. If I could only take just one supplement, it would be this.

Learning Life Lessons from Video Game Classics

Recently I've been thinking about the classic Heroes of Might and Magic games once again. For some reason, even though I liked the HOMM games from 3-5, I reinstalled the 4th one more often. I've only played the single-player campaigns for fun (I can only imagine how much longer the games would take player versus player). Might be a controversial statement to most HOMM fans, but what I liked about the 4th instalment that made it unique was the fact that you get to have your heroes actually fighting in the fray, whereas in the other HOMM games they mostly just cast spells from the back line. Players can also level them up and have them scale ridiculously into the later stages of the scenarios. It was memorable witnessing the progression of each unique hero during their quests. It was nice to see a legendary lone hero able to take on seemingly overwhelming opposing armies and prevail, or to have a small elite group of heroes working together to overcome insurmountable odds. Kind of reminds me of what I intend to do with this new opportunity that I've been working hard on lately. I want to feel like a Might and Magic(k) Hero who can rally an army to work together towards a great cause and to form a small elite team of go-now partners dedicated to helping others and achieving success. It would be truly epic and magic made into reality.

One of the things I've learned during my time playing Heroes of Might and Magic that resonates with me right now is the concept of the pyrrhic victory. In the game, players must raise armies, recruit new heroes, collect and manage resources, capture camps, garrisons or other strategic points on the map, and achieve victory by defeating all opposing heroes and armies and conquering their towns. The challenge is in making the most of every turn (day) and making the best decisions that carry forward with ripple effects that culminate into the mid and late-game. Do you build more creature habitats to increase growth for your armies first, or build a Tavern so that you can recruit more heroes sooner? Would you focus on amassing a legion under the command of a single hero, which could allow you to steamroll most hostile creature camps, gain lots of experience for your primary character and collect lots of powerful artifacts, making your hero stronger against your rivals' heroes? Or balance your armies under multiple heroes which could allow you to increase productivity, handle logistics better and scout further on the map, but risk losing battles if engaged with a mightier opponent? I usually like to build one hero and army up until they are doing well before I work on building new heroes to expand and hold my territories. Going back to the idea of pyrrhic victory is that in this game, if you do not achieve an overwhelming victory with each battle, you will end up losing chunks of your army until you no longer have an advantage, which means that your army loses momentum and is more vulnerable to defeat in the next battle. Especially if you build that character up and invest all your time and resources on them. There are numerous opponents to battle in each map and it is crucial to always have the strength to fight during the most pivotal times. So like in real life, don't overexert yourself each day because you still have all the future days in your life to live and you'll need to be strong enough to keep up the momentum in a sustainable way.
"Life's not a race but a marathon"
Picture
Another key concept is leverage. As mentioned above, you can get more done on the map with more heroes under your command. Each hero is fundamentally the same in terms of gameplay, except for some unique traits. Each new hero when starting out, should move to the training camps that increase their stats, rally a small army to help them win easy battles and gain experience to level up. You repeat the same successful processes with every hero, in every map, in every game, while learning the rules better and adapting as times change. In business, you want to teach, manage and support your team so that they can do what you do, if not better. Eventually you can retire and still reap the rewards from your efforts in helping to empower people to help other people. Learning and finding what works and what doesn't and just keep going and never give up. Your efforts will compound exponentially just like the heroes in many popular RPGs as they scale into the late game.

There are a lot of parallels to be drawn from video games that relates to real life. I could go on and on but I should sleep. If anyone still reads my blogs just know that I only have time to dump my ideas here and not really enough time to edit anything. I'm no English major and I don't get paid for this so please understand. I hope I'm at least able to get the point across and invoke some inspiration in a few readers. I've always been inspired by video games and want to refine how I express myself so that people can better grasp what I want to communicate. One day though I'll write a book and have every word, sentence and paragraph properly edited to make it easier for the reader.

Mimic Nature, and Why Sales is Necessary for Success

7/1/2016

You've probably heard something like this before. Seems pretty obvious right?

We're transitioning from the era of the pyramids to the era of the trees. Take a look at the way traditional businesses and corporations are designed. They are the real "pyramid schemes". They are built with needing to have most of the grunt employees at the bottom, with fewer managers on the rank above them, and then senior managers, then executives, then finally the owners themselves. The only way the top brass can keep their position is by maintaining the foundation of workers at the bottom. Without the bottom ranks, the top will topple. It could be why they put "no soliciting" signs in almost every commercial building, not that I condone something like that. The top elite need the bottom masses controlled in order to stay in power. As the mass consciousness wakes up, people will not play their game and leave the system. This yields new opportunities and sparks new organization types to develop. The sign of the times. Movement. Going with the flow.

It's good to keep in mind that it is the organizational structures of the status quo that keep producing certain types of people. Unless we can improve and change the system, things will get worse. No need to blame this generation or that generation when we are all products of our environment. The choices are: change yourself, change your environment or move to a new one.

Younger generations of people are already feeling unhappy with being stuck at the same job in the same organization (if they are still "lucky" to have a job). Many young people are working multiple part-time jobs for a variety of reasons, such as being unable to find permanent full-time work, being laid off from one company or another, needing to work more jobs in order to make enough to make ends meet, etc. But trading your time for money is one of the worst things you can do. It's time more people, especially in their youth, go out and start their own business. It's one of the most important decisions to make that's worth the risk when you are young, have energy and time.

Recently I've learned that in the western world, the type of industry that we should be pursuing (for the average person at least) is in sales. It's got to be in the service industry. Serve others if you would like yourself to be served. Everything in life is sales anyways, something I've had to come to terms with as an artist who just wanted to make art and live simply. Living simply is definitely something I've been doing and will continue to do, but if you can transition your mindset into one of abundance, success and positivity, you can have anything you want and there is no need to limit yourself.

Unless you really have the resources, the talent, the genius, the innovation, connections, experience, and you've done market research and know that your product is truly one-of-a-kind that fulfills a need, does something significantly better or eliminates the reliance on other existing products, it is not recommended to start a product-based business. There are already millions of different products, video games, clothes, electronics, etc. out there. It's simply overwhelming to the consumer. Most businesses who live and die on a single product will not last long.

Good thing I'm doing a product-brokerage business where we don't have to make any products ourselves, find whichever ones are the best out there and simply market them instead. What's brilliant is that the organization in this business works like a tree with branches. The culture is way more sustainable and friendly that ever seen before in any other business. Mimic nature, for it is the best designer. Nature has gone through millions of years of evolution, amidst numerous failures before it can finally decide on the best products (of life). There is no need to re-invent the wheel. Right now, trees and trending. Even when it comes to personal growth, be like a tree. Build the strong foundation, root to rise, grow tall, absorb light energy, grow fruit, etc.

Personally, I don't consume much but when I do, I want top quality. The best of the best and forget the rest. I know that I am worth it. I prefer not to spend my own time trolling the internet and painstakingly doing a crappy job at research just to find a single product to decide to try, amidst all the online circle-jerking and drama, without even knowing if the product is good anyways. Now I'm glad to have solved my own problems, move on, and now get help others solve the same problems that I once faced.

I foresee the future while we transition in a resource-based economy, that society will pool their resources together and decide on which products and services are really the best and simplify them for everyone. The singularity of products and services if you will. Things like this may be taught in schools, or if we are futuristic enough by then, we can have the latest most up-to-date data being transmitted into a cranial implant, or telepathically downloaded from a collective consciousness so that literally everyone is on the same page. Everyone will already know what they need and can have full confidence they have the best without needing to be sold anything. When that time comes, then there may be no more need for sales, and we can transition from needing to have or make money at all. But until that glorious future, sales is the way to go as far as I can tell to enjoy your life while we make that transition.

Gamma Waves and Spiritual Signs

6/17/2016

I've been witnessing some even more exciting spiritual signs lately. I still see all the "M" characters everywhere as usual, but I've been noticing some "GM"s and "AM"s now (or "MG" or "MA", the order doesn't matter that much). These letters, what do they mean? What do they stand for? Why am I noticing them? Am I just focusing on these too much and attracting them via the Law of Attraction?

For example, "GM" stands for Glute Muscles (e.g. Glute Maximus, Glute Medius and Glute Minimus). I've learned after foolishly doing squats the improper way, that my inner thigh muscles became tight over time. In case you are reading this and are doing squats or thinking of hitting the gym, please be sure to have a good personal trainer supervise you at all times when heavy squatting, or simply don't do squats at all. Some kinds of injuries can sneak up on you. Make sure to lead with your butt first, open your hips and keep your knees in line over the feet (NOT letting them cave inwards) and stick your chest out with back straight. Squeeze your glutes while keeping the legs in line on the way up. Don't take it from me though, do a quick online search for better resources. I'm no personal trainer but that is just my warning as someone who made this mistake. Even when I thought I was already careful I still injured myself and have spent months and money trying to solve this problem. Because of all that, I've been dealing with some knee and stability issues and had to put my gym workouts on hold. This again is a physical manifestation of a shaky foundation. All because of the idea I had in my mind to put on muscle before I get the money.

To reiterate on a previous blog post, I have been focusing on building a strong foundation this year, especially with regards to my new business. Without the time freedom, financial freedom, control and automation of your own business, you simply can't live the lifestyle you want in this world, in the foreseeable future. Starting and running your own business is one of many things that I've accepted to be necessary to afford a good life and eventually your dreams. This is coming from a guy with an artistic and video gaming background, one who was nerdy and introverted (still am though) who used to think marketing and money was evil, and only those looking to take advantage of others would pursue those paths. The truth is that money is not evil like people have been thinking. After all, money = energy. We cultivate that energy by hitting accomplishments and contributing more for others, and the money will manifest. There are no shortcuts to money, and if there are any, the money won't last (see Karma). I am so blessed to be in my current business where the only way to succeed is by helping others.

Anyways, since my inner thighs were tight and messing up the knees, I learned from a few Pilates classes that I should work on the outer thigh and glute muscles to balance out the activity in my legs. So far it seems to be helping, but too much physical exertion and I get fatigued all the same. Hence, I'm trying to balance any activity with enough rest and meditation. Balance the yin and yang after all.

When you use the letters "G", "A" and "M", you can spell the word "gamma". I discovered this article tonight:
World's Happiest Man is a Tibetan Monk

The article says that he produced levels of gamma waves that were off the charts.

Gamma.
Waves.
Picture

The character "M" and its counterpart "W", are based on the sine wave. Just look at them and how they resemble a wave when you put them side by side (MWMW). This year I also learned that to achieve optimal healing, one must learn to breathe deeply with equal effort on the inhales and exhales. This is coming from my time practising yoga and today after seeing a doctor, who pointed out to me a sine wave on his computer after testing my normal breathing patterns. Breathe like you want to heal and flow like the oceans.

Photo I took while on cruise earlier this year
"E" and "3" are also related. If you put these together like "3E", you get a symbol closely resembling Pisces (my star sign). Which reminds me, "E3", as in "Electronic Entertainment Expo", has been going on too hasn't it. I haven't even been keeping up with the video games industry anymore, been too busy on more important matters.

This is probably the craziest post I've made so far but it's okay. I see things differently and try to make sense of it all.

Good Water Filtration is Key for Good Health and Mental Awareness

I've been using this water filtration system for about 2 years now and it has been great so far. I don't think there is one that has been on the market for as long as this one that is as simple and easy to use and maintain. It doesn't need electricity because it's gravity-fed. It gets rid of pretty much every pollutant and toxin there is without requiring complicated or expensive parts. I would like to share it on my blog just to let people know there is a viable option out there to consider, because I believe that like eating a healthy, balanced diet, water quality is just as important if not more.

Berkey Water Filtration

All one needs to do is top it up with water every now and then to keep it full. I use a pot and fill it with tap water and just dump it over the top and let it filter by itself. My filtration system currently has 4 carbon block filters instead of 2, so it filters twice as fast. To maintain the system, I like to take the filters out once every few months and brush them with a clean toothbrush under water. The flow rate is decent, better than my previous homemade filtration system which I used plastic food-grade buckets for (I would avoid using plastic for storing any food or water in the long term, you don't want those synthetic chemicals to leech, just in case). I also use the mineral stones which are contained in the bottom compartment which adds beneficial minerals to the water and increases the pH further. Alkaline water is good for you, especially when the average person consumes acidic food. I highly recommend getting the fluoride filters too, you don't want fluoride to calcify your pineal gland. Watch Ralph Smart's videos to learn why.

Letting your pineal gland get calcified will interfere with your creativity and ability to visualize the things you want. You may tend to lose focus or direction in life of where you want to be or who you want to become. The pineal gland will help you achieve a greater sense of alertness and awareness and manifest the things you want. Very good to keep healthy if success is what you want, because a large part of it is visualization. Like seriously. It's important for meditation and yoga too, in my opinion. The thing is, you won't know if you have enough awareness until you've unlocked that part of your mind. Awareness is so important, to be able to study the behaviours, thoughts, feelings and actions that you've been doing all along, and being able to pin-point something in your life that you've been inadvertently manifesting the whole time that does not serve you. You attract the situations you get in life because of what's going on inside your mind. So do yourself a favour and get a good water filter that lets you decalcify the pineal gland while your at it.

Building the Strong Foundation, Support Network and Mastering the Basics

5/22/2016

It has taken me a long time to come to terms that before one can achieve higher levels in life, one must build a strong foundation, develop a support network of friends and learn the basic principles. For a long time I've been too concerned with the end result, always striving high but not willing to do some of the initial grunt work. I suppose life is really like an RPG sometimes, in order to unlock the advanced talents in the skill tree, you need to invest your points (energy) into the fundamental skills. Otherwise you may end up wasting time and running around in circles. It seems that some things in life are common challenges that cannot be ignored, avoided or procrastinated lest you delay your own life's progress. I have been dealing with some shaky knee issues lately. I suspect it's an external physical manifestation of what's been happening internally. I need to ground myself. It feels like I keep getting the same reality, the same circumstances and my life cannot progress further unless I take radical action to do the things I have not done before. Sometimes I don't know if I need to do more focused on a few things consistently, or take some breaks, change my mindset and just forget about my new business for a little while. There's so much I would like to learn, do and experience yet I know I need to invest my time and energy on a few things first. I've dealt with this dilemma for quite a while, like when I was deciding if I should do graphic design, concept art, 3D art, etc. Ironic that after all of that, I'm doing something really unrelated full-time now.

Is it possible to become everything, or will that only amount to being nothing? I keep getting asked if I'm still a student. It is true, technically I still am. I am a student of life, always listening and learning without judgment or bias. I am on the right track.

Pursuing a Promising New Entrepreneurial Business Opportunity

Now before anybody thinks this is "one of those things", "it's a pyramid scheme" or "it's an MLM", let me share with anyone who reads my blog my personal experiences so far. I've personally reconnected with an old childhood friend of mine who has genuinely put a lot of his own personal hours meeting with me, patiently enlightening me about the business and how it works. After taking a chance, spending time with some of the people involved and getting the experience of attending some of the local events--as someone who tends to be highly skeptical and analytical but also an intuitive at reading people's emotions or intentions--I can now say with confidence that the new business I've become involved with is the real deal. I've personally tested out some of the products and they have been doing wonders for me. This is my personal opinion and not something I am saying just to "sell products". The people involved with the business already are real people from the community, their stories are real and they would not invest their own personal time, energy and lives with it if they did not believe in it and if it was not actually paying them. At this point in my life, knowing the economy and conventional job prospects (including the ones in the gaming industry itself), I am pushed to take radical action. One of the opportunities open to me to not only survive but to thrive in this world and gain financial and time freedom is with a company such as Market America.

Many people are still living in the Matrix, holding a set of belief systems that do not help them to live happy or rewarding lives. Many people still allow negative energy, doubt and self-destructive attitudes into their lives, keeping them from taking chances and seeing a world outside the prison they have built for themselves. Ironic that a "Matrix system" is one of the outdated structures of an organization, one that is unsustainable. It is sad that some still go on day to day with the same routine, the same program in their minds and have yet to awake and experience the truth. Even after carefully explaining the proven business plan, the effective problem-solving products and showing the real examples of people succeeding in the business, unfortunately, some will outright refuse to believe any of it. One of the biggest flaws in humans are the limits they set and hold in the mind. Just imagine if you can open up a little bit and let love guide you instead of fear.

This is the opportunity that people are waiting for that many are still unaware of or reject. The 45-year plan does not work anymore. Why pursue the conventional path that fail most people when in just 2-3 years one can realistically get the financial freedom they've always hoped for, and on a part-time commitment? If you believe it you will achieve it. Everything begins in the mind. I can already see myself succeeding in the business, it is only a matter of time. You have to get yourself in the wealth and abundance mentality. The positive, energetic and healthy attitude. Leave your confines and shift your tune to the right frequencies. Raise your vibrations and use the law of attraction.
